Car Audio CD Players

I have purchased car audio cd players in the past but the last one I purchased from Amazon.com was the best one ever. I got it for a good price and have no issues with it since I started using it in my car on a regular basis. I had a friend that purchased the same model but only used her on a once in a while basis and she had some issues with hers for some reason. I recommended to her to contact the manufacturer to see what the issue was but I am not sure if she ever did.
