More Mustard On The Hot Dogs
July 29, 2010 11:02 pm Food and DrinkIt can be yellow, brown, spicy or Dijon, it doesn’t matter to me as long as I have mustard when I’m eating hot dogs I’m happy. I’m not forgetting all the other great toppings like relish, onions, sour kraut, cheese and salsa but mustard is far and away my favorite topping for hot dogs. When I’m feeling really creative I will put all thin slices of cheddar or maybe fresh mozzarella along the sides of the role, that way when I put a steaming hot dog into the roll the cheese will melt into the bread while at the same time covering the hot dog. I always put the toppings on top of the tube steak, never underneath where it will get lost. Pass the mustard and another hot dog please.
