i was never really into it

i  was never and i still to this day am not a big fan of ab or core exercises. i force myself to do them any way. that is when my workout program is working for me. i do like doing sit ups though.  i like the feel of the negative portion of the move ment i think that it is the most important and effective part of the exercise. when you are on the up and up with your exercise program this is a important exercise to have in there. i really like all body weight exercies. this is the best of the flat belly secrets really.
