Best Fish Oil for the Whole Family

We have tried various brands of fish oil capsules in the past, but we have now found the best fish oil capsules for our family. Other brands we have used have had a really, really strong aftertaste, or have been what my kids call “horse pills.” It’s true that the bigger pill sizes can be a little difficult for kids to swallow, but these have been great. We all try to take them at least once a day, but our goal is twice a day. We are on the go a lot, so sometimes, we miss a dose. We think these are the best fish oil supplement we have come across.
