Diet?
February 17, 2010 10:11 am HealthBelieve it or not there really are different ways for you to diet. When you hear the word diet you normaly think of losing weight, but this is not always the case. Depending on what you are trying to do with your work out. If you are bulking and gaining mass to build muscle then you are going to want to add calories and turn them into enrgy and muscle. Now Im not saying that you should put on a bunch of body fat. But the fact is that you are going to put on some fat if you are looking to bulk up.
