November 30, 2009 7:47 am HealthI think that Bioidentical Hormone therapy is far more effective than the older type of treatment. It is easier for a womans body to accept, and therefore use, a hormone that is closer to the one that her own body makes. I have heard that it is a little harder for a person to get their doctor to prescribe the new type, and that it is more expensive. But it would be worth the extra time and money to get a medication that actually worked. Not only worked, but was easier on your body, with fewer side effects. I know that is what I will be asking for!
