Buying a house is a very big investment. Thus, one should think about it so many times before deciding which one to buy. I no longer live with my parents, but it would be a pleasure for me to visit them in their new home. I surprised my father with fireplace tools the last time I visited him. He was so happy when he saw the tools, and he used it right away.
