You’d probably be hard pressed to find a medical expert that did not agree that medical alert devices save thousands of lives each year in the United State of America.  The price tags for these handy tools range from cheap to moderately expensive depending on your favorite choice and how much you have to spend.  They can be as simple as a necklace, bracelet or charm worn on the body to tell paramedics about an allergy or condition, which can be especially helpful if you are unable to talk.  Early examples warned of allergies or heart conditions, but these days they are available for just about any condition.
