United States Work Visas

The visa is temporary and allows the person to reside within and work in the United States. Educational visas are very common also for international students wishing to study in the U.S.
How easily these visas are obtained and how many should be issued are hotly debated topics. Groups who are pro immigration and wish to open up the borders even more to foreigners coming into the country believe that these visas should be given freely. However, other groups like the Federation for American Immigration Reform denounce this because they believe that immigration raises the unemployment rate and hurts the health care and school systems. Either way, without this card, foreigners are subject to legal ramifications and deportation.
