Buying a House that Needs Work
July 29, 2010 5:15 pm Real EstateLast Tuesday my husband and I went to look at a property in St John’s Wood. We have been searching for a vacation property in the area. The property that my husband and I looked at needed some work done to it, but it was well below our budget. My husband said that he thought buying the property was a good idea, because he could do most of the work on the property. I told my husband that I would agree to get the property if he promised to get started on the work as soon as we bought the property. He said he didn’t have a problem getting started right away.
