Specific Property To Let in London

Since I do not live alone I have to make sure that a number of things are found in a home that we live in that not only cater to my needs but also the members of my family. Considering that I have pets it does not make it easy for me to find Mayfair letting agents that will work with me right away. Then of course I have children and would like to avoid as many stairs as possible to avoid injury. After that my requirements are to stay away from carpet if at all possible because of my first two reasons.
