Deciding on a Pair of Running Shoes
January 25, 2010 9:20 am SportsI wanted to get into running but I needed some shoes. I went to the shoe store and there were so many shoes that I was really confused. The employees there had no idea what they were talking about. I finally got the help I needed when I went to the local running store. They had me try on about ten different mens running shoes. They asked me how long I run for and where I run. They even had me try the shoes on while I ran on their treadmill. They watched me run to make sure that the shoes would work for me.
